How can I book a room?
While surfing on Achilleas Hotel website, you will have many opportunities to reach our official online reservation system. Click on the "Book Now" and fill the check-in information in order to search for availability and prices. You will then find our best online rates and exclusive offers which are only available if you book directly on the hotel website.

What time am I able to check-in/check-out?
Check-in time at Achilleas Hotel is 15:00pm. On the date of departure, the Check-out is 11:00am to allow us time to complete service for new occupants. We can offer late check-out upon request, subject to availability (fees apply). For your convenience a luggage room is at your disposal to store your suitcases in case of an early check-in or if you leave Athens a few hours after checking-out.

My flight arrives late in the evening; will it be possible to check-in late?
Achilleas hotel reception is open 24 hours a day, therefore late arrival and check-in is absolutely fine and our staff will always be here to welcome you. To better accommodate you please mention your approximate arrival time on your reservation.

My flight leaves late in the day; will it be possible to check-out late?
Should you wish to retain your room after 2pm, please arrange with the reception (subject to availability). Charges apply. Alternatively, you can use the luggage room to store your suitcases which is available to our guests complimentary.

My flight leaves early in the day; will it be possible to have a breakfast?
Our rich American buffet breakfast is served every morning from 7:00 to 10:15am. For room service please contact the Reception to ask for it, on complimentary basis, during breakfast times.

If you are checking out before 7am, we can prepare a small early breakfast for you, served on complimentary basis at our breakfast room. Please inform us at the Reception the day before to allow arrangements to be made. Also, our hotel can prepare a meal or breakfast in special packages. Please contact the reception to ask for it the day before (upon request - charges apply).

Is wireless internet available at Achilleas hotel?
Yes! We are happy to offer complimentary Wi-Fi access for our guests throughout the premises.

Is a laundry service available?
We are happy to offer a limited laundry service to residents. Should you have a few items we can launder these in house, normally within 24hours. Should you require an iron and an ironing board, these are available. Please ask at the reception for information.

Are baby cots available at all of your hotels?
Yes! Baby cots, which are suitable for infants under 2 years can be booked free of charge, subject to availability. Please mention it on your reservation.

Are safety deposit boxes available in the rooms?
Yes! Safe deposit boxes are available in all the rooms.

Does Achilleas Hotel have a bar/restaurant?
The hotel does not feature a restaurant. Located in the heart of Athens, many tavernas and restaurants are next to our establishment. The reception staff, multilingual and available 24hours a day, offers you a great local knowledge regarding restaurants and bars. Do not hesitate to ask us at the reception.

Do you have a spa?
Achilleas Hotel guests get access to the most luxurious wellness center in Athens - Holmes Place. Ask for the discounted passes at the front desk during your stay and book spa services for 10% off.

Do you offer shuttle services from the airport or Piraeus port?
The reception can arrange any taxi transfer for a fee. If you require a pick up upon arrival you may arrange this with our reservations department in advance by emailing us your flight details at: [email protected]

Does Achilleas Hotel provide parking?
There's no private parking onsite, however, there are several parking garages, where you can leave your car and be charged by the hour, day or week. Achilleas Hotel has a partnership with a private parking nearby, you can therefore take advantage of an exclusive pricing policy. Information is available at the reception.

How close is the hotel to the Acropolis and the main tourist sites?
Achilleas Hotel has a central location two steps from Syntagma Square. Top attractions in Athens such as the Parliament, the Acropolis, Plaka, Monastiraki, and several museums are within walking distance.

Is the hotel close to a shopping center?
The hotel is just 2 minutes on foot from Ermou shopping street, a large pedestrian avenue where you will find numerous boutiques stores. Also, Voukourestiou upscale shopping street is a few steps away next to Attica Department Store.

Do you have Family Rooms?
Yes! Achilleas hotel is one of the few hotels in Athens that features 30m2 rooms. Families can be accommodated in our Quadruple Rooms ideal for families with children or groups of friends.

How do I change/cancel my booking?
On the online reservation system, you will find the link "Change/cancel reservation" at the bottom of the page.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
In this case you would have to contact the company you made the reservation with.
